Performance Matters Hosts Second Service Leadership Training Series
High Performance Team Coaches Clinic set to start
FORT MILL, S.C. (September 20, 2016) — Performance Matters, a strategic consulting company solely dedicated to the textile rental services industry, is set to kick off their second High Performance Team (HPT) Coaches Clinic Training Series. Held in Charlotte, N.C., the first in a series of four multiple-day classes will focus on hands-on service management training in: Leadership, Coaching and Training; and Safety Training and Communication.
Structured like an ongoing development seminar, the four Coaches Clinic classes are spread throughout a 12- to 14-month time period. Attendees move with their group through the training series, completing all four classes together. Each training group is given a group name for their series – for example Alpha Coach’s Group, Bravo Coach’s Group, Charlie Coach’s Group, etc. The Bravo Coach’s Group, comprised of 22 service leaders from 16 high-performing organizations, will attend their first class this month. In addition to classroom training, attendees also will participate in multiple teambuilding activities—culminating in an off-site event at Exit Strategy, a popular escape-the-room game.
The goal of Coaches Clinic is to produce High Performance Team Coaches who can execute and implement the best route service training practices and strategies within their organizations. The training helps service leadership take the next step in delivering world-class service, resulting in higher revenue growth and profits.
